O & E


An O&E (Owners and Encumbrances) Report identifies the last recorded owner of the property, the legal description of the property, and any open recorded liens, mortgages, lis pendens and judgments that are attached to the property or current owner. They will also provide assessment values of the property and property tax information. This information is summarized on an easy-to-read O&E Report and relevant document copies are included. These reports are typically used by individuals and businesses prior to bidding at an upcoming auction.
